Through an architect rendering rehabbing the façade of a building built-in 1962. New Stucco over wire lathe, Hardie Siding, and Storefront brought this building up to date and won a City Beautification Award for 2019.

In 2005 JCI took the existing Harley Davidson store (+/- 3,000 SF) and the adjacent Palm Performance building (+/- 1,500 SF) with the five foot elevation difference, connected these two buildings creating an all new 10,000 SF facility with a new showroom. JCI used a pre-engineered structure to create the new facility, with all new MEP systems. This 1.1 million dollar project was selected into the Varco-Pruden Buildings Hall of Fame shortly after being built.
The work consisted of demolition of the existing façade and storefront and the construction of a new façade and new storefront. This project was built in 2014, 8,900 SF Façade with a value of $422,000. It included towers on the roof, acrylic panels with multicolor changing light, color concrete walks, stack stone at the columns, EIFS finishes, upgraded lighting and a new roof. The work was performed and completed while all tenants remained open.
New façade for shopping center consisting of Fascia finishes, roofing, soffits, lighting, new fountains, and pools which was built in 2014. This project has a value of $600,000.00.
In 2008, JCI remodeled 745 SF of the existing building adding storefront windows, roofing modifications at the façade, new soffit and fascia, new lighting, and masonry and stone at the columns. This was a 1.4 million dollar project.
