Harley Davidson

Project Description

In 2005 JCI took the existing Harley Davidson store (+/- 3,000 SF) and the adjacent Palm Performance building (+/- 1,500 SF) with the five foot elevation difference, connected these two buildings creating an all new 10,000 SF facility with a new showroom. JCI used a pre-engineered structure to create the new facility, with all new MEP systems. This 1.1 million dollar project was selected into the Varco-Pruden Buildings Hall of Fame shortly after being built.
