In 2014, this 4 bedroom/3 bath, 2,240 SF, garden home with a pool and water feature overlooking a five acre common area was built and cost $400,000. It included a clubhouse, pool and exercise equipment.
From 2007 until 2015, this 80,000 SF subdivision consisting of thirty-two attached units and sixteen detached units with a project value of 9.6 million. The attached units are 1500 SF with two car garages. The free standing, detached, homes were 2,000 SF.
The beginning of construction started in 2006 and continues to this day consisting of site work and new construction of single story multifamily buildings. Each building consist of six condominiums, wood frame, wood trusses, shingle roofs with attached garages and covered porches. The project also included pool, tennis courts, covered activity area and public restrooms totaling $700,000 and still growing.
These two multi-story buildings, which consist of 52 custom condominiums, were constructed in 2008. The total size of the buildings is 59,388 SF with the project total cost at $10.2 million. The first floor was elevated to allow parking. The units varied from 2 bedroom/ 2 bath to 3 bedroom/ 2 bath with exterior porches and New Orleans style railings.
