Offices and recording studios included ground-up construction, exterior masonry walls clad with corten metal, single-ply roof and solar panels. Interior includes special soundproof construction of two recording studios.
This new construction, 16,000 SF, 2 story band was built in 2000. The 2 nd floor was dedicated to tenant leasing. Features also included high end finishes in the bank, stairs, and an elevator in entry lobby.
The site work and new construction of this 7500 SF, two story building was constructed in 2008 reaching a project cost of $2 million. The building included masonry, concrete, structural steel, two storm glass vestibules with open steel stairwell, Travertine tile and stained wood trim throughout.
In 2007, JCI constructed this pre-engineered steel structure with metal studs and EIFS façade along with storefront windows. The interior was custom tailored to meet the VA’s requirements and specifications. This was the first of three similar type buildings all for the VA. This specific building is 9,800 SF with a total construction cost of $1,100,000.00.
