Chi Omega Sorority House Addition/ Remodel

Expansion of the current house adding an additional 8,000 SF while remodeling the remaining 15,000. Relocation of kitchen, expansion of dining area, addition of a house mother suite as well as eight new rooms for members.

Kappa Alpha Theta

In 2015, this sorority house gained a new addition of 2,190 SF with a project value of $440,000. The addition work consisted of adding a new chapter hall/dining room addition to the existing house, which included sitework, rerouting of utilities, upgrade to electrical service and new construction.

Theta Chi Fraternity

This project was a demolition of existing fraternity house and construction of the new 21,000 SF, two story fraternity house with a separate multipurpose room built in 2013. Construction was structural steel with wood framing infill, brick exterior and shingle roofing. The building also includes a handicap lift bring the project to 2.6 million dollars.

UF Recreational Sports Complex

This 4.5 million dollar recreational sports complex was constructed in 1994 and consists of 60,000 SF. The facility house four full size wooden floor basketball courts, five racquetball courts, weight & workout room, aerobics room, and associated offices. It also includes exterior quad softball field, lighted tennis courts and exterior basketball court.
