Through an architect rendering rehabbing the façade of a building built-in 1962. New Stucco over wire lathe, Hardie Siding, and Storefront brought this building up to date and won a City Beautification Award for 2019.
Refinishing of Olympic Size pool, whirlpool, and warm therapy pool. The buildout of a new cold pool area, steam room, and dry cedar sauna. Included new lighting and finishes throughout.
Renovation of the entire center with reconfigurations of MEP systems, spaces, and equipment layout. Actual construction completed in 30 days. Material procurement and finishes started over 6 months prior to start the project start date.
Offices and recording studios included ground-up construction, exterior masonry walls clad with corten metal, single-ply roof and solar panels. Interior includes special soundproof construction of two recording studios.
